The “Magic Box” provides you with limited software warranty on all its devices for a term of 3 months.
Limited Software Warranty-The “Magic Box” warrants You that the software installed on the device will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and the programs shall substantially conform to its advertised offerings, as it exists at the date of delivery, for a period of three months. If at any time during the period covered by this warranty, the programs or software which supports it does not perform as identified, an Authorized “Magic Box” Representative shall be notified and repairs will be conducted to best of their ability to remediate the issues.
Additional Coverage-Customers may purchase extended hardware warranty coverage in addition to the coverage included at purchase. Extended coverage must be purchased at the same time as the device or prior to the expiration of the current coverage period in effect; failure to purchase extended coverage for the device prior to the expiration may negate the customers’ right to purchase additional extended coverage.
With The "Magic Box's" extended coverage, you'll be covered in the event your device is damaged - even with liquid, or has a mechanical or electrical breakdown.
If something happens to your device, just file a claim by contacting us via email at becablefreetnt@gmail.com. Once your claim is approved, you will pay a nonrefundable deductible of $175TT and may receive your replacement device in as little as two business days. Simple as that.
