Payments can be made at your closest First Citizens Branch. Please make contact with our local agent, for the exchange of all relevant information.

Delivery/Installation are free of charge depending on your location.

*Advisory*=Due to overwhelming demand our local agent has been experiencing deminished stock levels. In an attempt to secure your order, it is recommended that a deposit of half the purchase price be made where the balance is due in full upon delivery of your device (typically takes 2-3 weeks)

Is there after sales support?

There is a 3 month limited software warranty as well as 24/7 customer support for our customers in an attempt to troubleshoot any issues they may be facing.

Do I need one for every TV?

You can move your Magic Box between TVs if you want to do so. However, you can’t access the device from a TV that isn’t directly connected. For the best experience, one box per TV works best.

Will this device work with all Tv's (i.e "bigbacks")

Yes it will, however you will need a conversion box that turns hdmi to rca. The box ranges in prices locally from $300-$400. If you so desire the same converter is also available for purchase online for $7 -$20 Us.

Are there monthly bills with The "Magic Box"?

Once you purchase The "Magic Box" there are no monthly payments that will be incurred. Simply plugin to your television, connect to your internet either via ethernet or wifi and stream tv-shows/movies or live channels.

Unfortunately users who subscribe to streaming programs like netflix and hulu will still be required to pay for their subscription if they so desire. Please note that the offerings provided by netflix are somewhat old as Trinidad and Tobago fall's in the southern region, and videos are not updated as often as the northern region. With The "Magic Box" you will have access to both the latest television series and movies.
